With the reveal of the full Superman costume from James Gunn's new "SUPERMAN" film hot off the presses, Alan and Rob give their immediate reaction.
Plus - the lads are joined once again by esteemed Superman podcaster Michael Bailey to examine the seminal Superman animated films produced by Fleischer Studios in the 1940s. The panel discusses the impact of these stunningly beautiful animated shorts and how the work of Max and Dave Fleischer would go on to have an enduring influence on the Superman mythology forevermore. They also examine how the production and popularity of the shorts would change animation forever and go on to inspire creators for decades to come.

Alan & Rob are joined by ‘Superman & Lois’ staff writer, Adam Mallinger to chat all about working on the first three seasons incredible series, from missing out on working on another CW show to landing his dream job writing the Man of Steel, from peppering the show with callbacks to previous live action iterations, to the crushing difficulties of working through the Covid pandemic and his very personal contributions to the ‘Earth Prime: Superman & Lois’ tie-in comic book. We talk all about the heartbreak surrounding the show's imminent conclusion and the various factors that played into it.
PLUS be the first to hear Adam’s pitch to DC Comics for a 3 Supermen team up which includes THREE (count 'em THREE) former live-action Supermen joining forces!

Alan and Rob usher in 2024 by taking a brief vacation from Metropolis all the way to Old Detroit (or is it Delta City by now?) to delve deeply into all the cybernetic treasures in the RoboCop franchise! Who is he? What is he? Is he a superhero or not?
In addition to Paul Verhoeven's original 1987 masterpiece, we talk the highs and lows of the sequels! The comics! The toys! The Joel Edgerton reboot! The TV miniseries from 2001! And of course, the hidden gem of the franchise (no seriously!), 1994's Canada-tastic RoboCop: The Series.
PLUS we give our thoughts on the recently released RoboCop: Rogue City for PC and consoles.

As another year comes to a close, Alan & Rob bring you another festive filled Annual Holiday Special in which they examine the 1985 Ilya Salkind produced and Jeannot Szwarc directed, ‘Superman The Mov…oops we mean ‘Santa Claus The Movie’ (no, not the Tim Allen one) and its many links to the Superman movie universe!
We learn how Clark Kent travels to the far North where he discovers a frozen sanctuary in which he will learn of his destiny…oh wait, that’s not right. We learn how Mr. Mxyzptlk is taken advantage of by an evil Reagan era capitalist who wants to destroy Christmas forever…oh wait…that’s not right either.
Oh you’ll just have to listen for yourself to find out…
Alan & Rob also chat about a classic comic book from 1984 in which Santa saves The Man of Steel from none other than The Toyman!

Celebrating 35 years of the "Superboy" series, Alan and Rob are joined by series star Gerard Christopher, to talk all about the oft-forgotten Superman series. Gerard talks about taking over the role after the first season, the shift in tones between seasons, the props he's held onto over the years, how he came close to playing SuperMAN on more than one occasion and even some mishaps involving the show's acclaimed wirework! PLUS! Gerard reveals who he'd like to play in James Gunn's Superman Legacy.
Gerard will be appearing at Rhode Island Comic Con November 3-5 along with a cast of other Superman acting legends.
